Partly is building the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, the company provides scalable digital infrastructure to help businesses manage parts catalogs online. Supported by investors like Blackbird Ventures and Figma's co-founder, Partly is a fast-growing global team aiming to accelerate a sustainable future through repairability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the US sales team and carry an individual quota
  • Manage, coach, and develop field sales reps covering mid-market repairers
  • Conduct shop visits and weekly deal reviews to coach reps on in-person selling
  • Set individual targets, territory plans, and pipeline expectations
  • Own US commercial outcomes, including pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets
  • Define the US GTM strategy, including segment priorities and pricing structures
  • Build the sales playbook by documenting repeatable field sales motions
  • Hire and scale the US team as the business grows

Requirements

  • Proven track record building and managing field or mid-market B2B sales teams
  • Experience selling into U.S. automotive repair, collision, or parts markets
  • Hands-on experience with territory-based, in-person selling
  • Demonstrated ability to personally hit quota while managing a team
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to prioritize accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling a US sales team through Series B to Series C transitions
  • Experience selling parts, tools, or software into repair shops
  • Existing relationships in the US insurer, OEM, or MSO ecosystem
  • Experience establishing a new market or geographic office from scratch
