About the Company

Parallel Bio is building a human-first drug discovery platform powered by organoids and AI. By using patient-derived immune organoids, the platform provides a more accurate prediction layer for drug response than traditional animal models, helping pharma and biotech companies improve translational success rates.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets by aggressively targeting and opening new accounts across global pharmaceutical companies and biotech startups
• Drive front-line outreach including cold calling and daily engagement with R&D and Discovery leads
• Translate complex biological science into compelling commercial narratives for R&D Heads and C-level executives
• Maintain high-level relationships with existing accounts to drive multi-year expansion and adoption
• Build and develop the sales team and culture as the company scales
• Maintain high standards of CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in Biotech, MedTech, or Enterprise AI
• Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles (6–18 months)
• Background in Life Sciences (B.S./M.S. in a relevant discipline) or equivalent technical expertise
• Ability to navigate technical discussions with PhD scientists and R&D leads
• Proven hunter mentality with experience building pipelines from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as an early commercial hire at a startup
• At least one role with 3+ years of tenure
