Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, we are building an agent-first platform that helps sales and marketing teams scale their revenue motion using AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own sales-led revenue end-to-end, including pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, and expansion.
  • Transition the motion from PLG to enterprise, turning self-serve signups into seven-figure deals.
  • Build and execute the outbound motion to generate net new meetings with top AI companies and enterprises.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Account Executives.
  • Create the foundational sales playbook that will serve as the default for all Mutiny customers.
  • Provide market and customer intelligence to the product team to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven player-coach mentality with the ability to lead discovery calls and close top deals.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and developing sales talent.
  • Exceptional recruiting skills and a high bar for talent acquisition.
  • Strong revenue instinct and ability to use data to pattern-match and build playbooks.
  • Ability to simplify complex funnels and organizational structures.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced, evolving product environment.
  • Deep sense of urgency and a relentless pursuit of outcomes.
