About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for sales in the municipal, commercial, and forestry technology sectors
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Lead and coach the sales team to promote individual strengths and motivation
  • Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, service, and purchasing
  • Analyze market and competitor situations to derive practical sales approaches
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and sales activities
  • Organize and accompany sales events, customer appointments, and roadshows
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Participate in contract negotiations and large-scale projects or tenders

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business or technical field or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in sales, ideally in municipal, commercial, or forestry technology
  • Proven experience in strategic sales management and organizational development
  • Strong leadership personality with high social competence and a coaching mindset
  • Strong market, customer, and competitor understanding
  • Experience in budget, forecast, and profit responsibility
  • High negotiation and closing strength with key accounts and tenders
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong implementation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel
