Head of Sales, Media Solution

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies for the Media Solution business
• Set annual and quarterly business plans to drive revenue and growth
• Lead a team of key account managers to achieve sales and profit targets
• Develop team members to support their professional growth and performance
• Expand business reach in terms of revenue and customer satisfaction
• Report on sales performance and ISM status
• Participate in sales events, trade fairs, and annual meetings with top customers and buying groups

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree in Business Administration or a similar field
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the consumer electronics industry
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills
• Agile mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Valid Swiss work permit (Position is based in Dietikon, Switzerland)

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in TV business sales
