Head of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and identify new market opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure for high-value clients.
• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with luxury brand positioning in the UAE market.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, Google Ads, social media content, and email marketing to drive qualified leads.
• Supervise CRM systems, sales pipelines, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, photographers, and design publications to elevate brand awareness.
• Lead and mentor the Sales and Marketing team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met and translated into successful deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within luxury services, design, or real estate.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of meeting sales goals and driving brand growth.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-management skills for engaging high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to maintain a professional manner and presentable appearance for high-end client interactions.
