About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the China country strategy to drive market growth and value shift through segment assessment and resource allocation.
  • Lead the Global IT segment strategy, managing OEM partnerships and optimizing the value chain.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and identify white space opportunities through systematic prospecting and market intelligence.
  • Lead organizational transformation to build a high-performance, data-driven sales team with an entrepreneurial mentality.
  • Drive commercial excellence, including value-based pricing, negotiation capabilities, and trade working capital optimization.
  • Enhance industrial marketing and digital transformation by integrating AI, CRM systems, and data analytics into sales operations.
  • Deliver short- and long-term financial performance in alignment with annual budgets and strategic targets.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Engineering or Business from a top-tier university.
  • Minimum 15+ years of commercial experience in B2B industrial or chemical markets.
  • Minimum 8+ years in leadership roles with proven P&L responsibility and a strong growth track record.
  • Deep industry expertise in specialty chemicals, polymers, or advanced materials, specifically with TPU applications.
  • Native Chinese (Mandarin) and fluent English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proven track record in driving organizational transformation and digital sales transformation.
  • Ability to manage C-level stakeholders and work effectively under pressure in an ambiguous environment.
