Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a team of enterprise account executives and sales support functions
  • Define and evolve pod/vertical structures for sales coverage across enterprises, AI-native startups, and developers
  • Design and maintain scalable commercial terms for various deal structures, from on-demand to long-duration commitments
  • Partner with finance and legal to build a deal desk function for complex enterprise quotes
  • Drive rigorous weekly and monthly pipeline reviews and maintain accurate forecasting discipline
  • Work with infrastructure teams to translate customer demand into GPU capacity allocation decisions
  • Synthesize customer feedback to influence product management and roadmap prioritization
  • Coordinate with marketing on demand generation and account-based programs
  • Collaborate with partnership teams to develop cloud marketplace channels like GCP and AWS

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
  • 4+ years in a sales leadership role managing quota-carrying teams
  • Deep domain experience in cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, or AI/ML infrastructure
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise sales teams from an early stage
  • Experience closing large, complex deals ($10M+ TCV) with long sales cycles
  • Strong command of pipeline management and forecasting methodology
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence for C-suite engagement
  • Experience in a player-coach model, personally owning strategic accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling GPU cloud or HPC capacity specifically
  • Prior exposure to neocloud or infrastructure startup environments
  • Familiarity with the Nvidia ecosystem and GPU cluster economics
  • Experience structuring reserved capacity or long-duration committed use agreements
  • Existing relationships with infrastructure decision-makers at large enterprises with AI programs
  • Background working within a deal desk function
