About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to hit revenue and P&L targets
  • Lead and expand mutual fund distribution channels to increase Assets Under Management (AUM)
  • Strategize and execute the growth and management of a sub-broker network
  • Facilitate the sale of diverse asset classes including insurance and bonds
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Build strong client relationships and conduct market research
  • Ensure all sales activities and sub-broker operations adhere to regulatory guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial sector sales
  • Proven track record in the Mutual Fund industry
  • Strong experience with wealth management or other financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling B2B sales
  • Experience in fintech or wealth management
  • MBA or other relevant advanced qualifications
