About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to hit revenue and P&L targets
- Lead and expand mutual fund distribution channels to increase Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Strategize and execute the growth and management of a sub-broker network
- Facilitate the sale of diverse asset classes including insurance and bonds
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Build strong client relationships and conduct market research
- Ensure all sales activities and sub-broker operations adhere to regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial sector sales
- Proven track record in the Mutual Fund industry
- Strong experience with wealth management or other financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling B2B sales
- Experience in fintech or wealth management
- MBA or other relevant advanced qualifications
