Head of Sales

Responsibilities

• Own and grow direct programmatic revenue across Tier 1 and Tier 2 sportsbooks and iGaming operators in Europe
• Act as the senior commercial relationship owner with C-level, Director, and Head-of-Marketing stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to new business revenue goals and seasonal calendars
• Own end-to-end sales cycles across display, digital video CTV, in-app, and DOOH
• Sell managed service programmatic campaigns and Deal ID-based buying leveraging proprietary data
• Partner with Product, Trading, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to shape advertiser solutions
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance through Salesforce
• Represent the company at key industry events and executive-level meetings

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital and programmatic advertising sales
• 3+ years specifically selling media services to Sportsbooks and iGaming operators
• Previous experience managing a sales team
• Proven success selling programmatic media solutions directly to iGaming operators
• Strong understanding of DSPs, PMPs, PG, Deal IDs, and programmatic buying workflows
• Experience owning complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
• Ability to build senior-level relationships with CMOs and VPs of Marketing
