Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a cross-functional regional team of SDRs, AEs, and CSMs
  • Operate with a player/coach mentality, actively executing and closing enterprise sales
  • Generate new enterprise customer accounts and oversee retention and expansion of the existing portfolio
  • Define and refine regional sales best practices and operational processes
  • Manage talent acquisition, hiring, and performance development for the regional team
  • Maintain a hands-on approach with high-value prospective clients

Requirements

  • 4+ years of managerial experience leading high-performing commercial teams
  • 8+ years of complex B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Proven consultative sales and business development expertise
  • Experience working within an AI-native or AI-forward environment using AI tools to optimize operations
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding commercial targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and inspire teams
