About the Company
Endgame is building the context engine for go-to-market. We solve the problem of messy enterprise data by providing entity resolution, fact extraction, and retrieval that respects permissions. Our platform powers both day-to-day GTM work and the production-ready AI agents that companies like Monte Carlo, BetterUp, and Braze build upon.
Responsibilities
- Close Endgame's biggest deals yourself by running strategic enterprise opportunities alongside the CEO and an FDE
- Coach AEs through complex deals and step in personally to assist when necessary
- Build the sales function by hiring and developing senior enterprise AEs
- Codify the sales playbook as the product, ICP, and buying committee evolve
- Partner with FDE leadership to maintain a successful co-build motion between AEs and FDEs
Requirements
- Experience building an enterprise sales function from the ground up in an early-stage company
- Proven track record selling technical products to technical buyers (CIOs, CTOs, VPEs, or Heads of Data)
- Experience reporting directly to a founder
- Ability to coach teams to a specific methodology rather than just hitting numbers
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
