About the role

About the Company

Endgame is building the context engine for go-to-market. We solve the problem of messy enterprise data by providing entity resolution, fact extraction, and retrieval that powers both day-to-day GTM work and production-ready AI agents. Our platform is used by companies like Monte Carlo, BetterUp, and Braze.

Responsibilities

  • Close Endgame's biggest deals personally, running strategic enterprise opportunities alongside the CEO and FDE
  • Coach Account Executives through complex deals and step in personally when necessary
  • Build the sales function by hiring and developing senior enterprise AEs
  • Codify the sales playbook as the product, ICP, and buying committee evolve
  • Partner with FDE leadership to manage the joint cadence between AEs and FDEs

Requirements

  • Experience building an enterprise sales function from the ground up in an early-stage company
  • Proven track record selling technical products to technical buyers (CIOs, CTOs, VPEs, or Heads of Data)
  • Experience reporting directly to a founder
  • Ability to coach to a specific sales methodology
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
