About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of sales readiness, from Day 1 onboarding to ongoing field enablement for all AEs.
  • Maintain and evolve the AE Sales Playbook, battle cards, demo scripts, and objection banks.
  • Build AI-powered workflows to reduce rep prep time, improve call quality, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate new messaging and positioning into field-ready content.
  • Define and track key enablement metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate as a peer with Sales, Marketing, and Product to shape go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a closely related B2B role.
  • Proven track record of building or running structured AE onboarding programs with measurable ramp outcomes.
  • Deep fluency with MEDDPICC or equivalent sales methodologies.
  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments where you built systems from scratch.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and a bias toward using them to scale enablement efforts.
  • Ability to translate complex products into clean, usable field materials quickly.
