About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze industry trends and competitive dynamics in Industrial Automation to position eigenblue as a leading partner
  • Own the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification and solution scoping to negotiation and closing
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in Engineering, Innovation, and Digital units
  • Translate complex customer requirements into custom AI systems in collaboration with engineers
  • Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market strategies
  • Provide functional supervision for the growing sales team and report directly to the COO

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in B2B tech sales managing complex cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience building sales processes, playbooks, and best practices
  • Initial leadership experience
  • Understanding of Systems Engineering, Embedded Systems, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Autonomous Products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grasp complex technical challenges
  • Business fluency in both German and English
