Responsibilities
- Build the BDR function from scratch, including the team, playbook, and systems
- Recruit, hire, ramp, and coach exceptional BDRs
- Develop an AI-native, instrumented prospecting motion across inbound and outbound
- Create connective tissue with Marketing and Sales Strategy to convert developer-led demand into enterprise pipeline
- Iterate on qualification models and AE handoff processes
Requirements
- People management experience hiring and coaching reps
- 5+ years in GTM roles with 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams
- Proven track record of generating and scaling pipeline
- Experience building a function, playbook, or team from scratch
- Deep curiosity about AI/ML and inference infrastructure
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at an AI/ML, infrastructure, developer-tools, or API-first company
- Experience scaling a BDR team through Series B to Series C inflection
- Fluency with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Apollo
