Responsibilities

• Partner with founders on go-to-market strategy and support Series A fundraising
• Personally lead and close lighthouse deals in US Convenience Retail
• Build a pipeline and repeatable sales motion for large enterprise chains
• Lead, develop, and grow the sales team across Europe and the US
• Own EU and US revenue growth, including pipeline, execution, and forecasting
• Develop the Deligo Sales Playbook across various segments and geographies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams in a scale-up environment
• Proven track record of leading enterprise sales through growth stages (e.g., $5M to $30M+ ARR)
• Experience building scalable playbooks and repeatable revenue engines
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous early-stage environments
• Strong business acumen to orchestrate complex customer and partner scenarios
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail technology, convenience retail, food service, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience working across both U.S. and European markets
• Strong product intuition and taste
