Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of a sales team to double headcount within 12 months
  • Own regional gross margin and bookings targets, focusing on new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Drive a proactive outbound enterprise sales engine and manage high-level stakeholder relationships
  • Coach the sales team on complex deal structures and maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales teams in technology consultancies or cloud/data firms
  • Deep experience navigating Nordic enterprise procurement and decision-making processes
  • Ability to translate complex technical data solutions into C-suite business cases (ROI, EBITDA)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Swedish or another Nordic language
  • Experience with Google Cloud ecosystem or similar cloud architecture environments
