Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry. Backed by leading venture capital firms, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world, empowering clinicians with technology and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a group of 4-5 high performing Account Executives to exceed goals
- Collaborate with the UK General Manager and senior GTM leadership to drive performance
- Provide hands-on coaching through weekly 1-on-1s, live call reviews, and training sessions
- Manage escalations and assist reps in navigating challenging deals
- Influence UK go-to-market strategy and adapt the Dandy pitch for the UK market
- Operate with an ownership mentality to proactively improve processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota carrying experience
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- Proven success in high velocity/high volume sales environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity
- Experience motivating teams in outbound prospecting
- Intellectual curiosity to learn the complexities of the dentistry industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to SMB customers in antiquated industries
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and sales tech stacks like Gong
