Responsibilities

  • Own the Europe mid-market revenue targets, including new logo acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Lead and coach a team of quota-carrying reps, setting the standard for mid-market sales
  • Carry a personal territory and lead direct sales efforts alongside the team
  • Build onboarding and ramp programs to ensure new reps close deals within three months
  • Establish pipeline discipline, qualification standards, and forecast rigor for board-level reporting
  • Drive conversion improvements across the sales funnel

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS business
  • Experience in RegTech, fintech, compliance, or a similarly technical category is a strong advantage
  • Track record of carrying and beating new-logo numbers and raising team attainment
  • Ability to build repeatable systems for onboarding, qualification, and forecasting
  • Credibility with compliance and regulatory buyers
  • Proficiency with sales operations, pipeline management, and Salesforce
  • Daily use of AI-enabled selling tools
