About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on building and expanding the business
- Drive high-ticket revenue growth with a primary focus on B2B clients, dealer networks, and commercial BID/Union projects
- Architect, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams, including managing sales managers
- Establish and enforce strict CRM discipline using HubSpot
- Build, monitor, and analyze sales reports to optimize the sales funnel
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including pipeline accuracy, conversion rates, and margin control
- Partner with marketing, project managers, and estimating teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of total experience in sales
- 3-5+ years in a sales leadership role managing teams and other managers
- Proven experience managing sales volumes of $75M+
- Background in custom construction, architectural products, building materials, manufacturing, or related industries
- Expert knowledge in B2B sales, dealer networks, and tenders/bidding processes
- Experience with physical, custom, or high-ticket products with long sales cycles
- Data-driven mindset with advanced CRM management and forecasting skills
