Head of Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and projects in the construction and steel industries
• Oversee and guide the sales team to maximize performance and customer engagement
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and factory capabilities
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in construction materials or steel structures
• Strong network of contacts among contractors, developers, and fabricators
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Technical understanding of steel products (sandwich panels, purlins, roofing, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or construction management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage
