About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and projects in the construction and steel industries
- Oversee and guide the sales team to maximize performance and customer engagement
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and factory capabilities
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in construction materials or steel structures
- Strong network of contacts among contractors, developers, and fabricators
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Technical understanding of steel products (sandwich panels, purlins, roofing, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage
