About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and drive overall revenue performance across new business and account growth
- Build and scale a proactive outbound sales motion
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to optimize sales capacity and deliver on revenue goals
- Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability rhythms
- Build and refine scalable sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Ensure effective use of HubSpot CRM for reporting and accountability
- Partner with Fulfillment, Creative, Marketing, Operations, and HR to ensure alignment
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience in consultative environments
- 4–6+ years of sales leadership experience managing Account Executives and Account Managers
- Proven success as a player-coach in a high-growth environment
- Deep proficiency in HubSpot CRM
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize sales processes and training programs
- Strong ability to close complex deals and operate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, or branded merchandise
- Background in experiential sales, corporate events, or hospitality sales
- Experience in high-growth or seasonal revenue environments
- Interest in leveraging AI to improve team productivity
