About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive overall revenue performance across new business and account growth
  • Build and scale a proactive outbound sales motion
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to optimize sales capacity and deliver on revenue goals
  • Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability rhythms
  • Build and refine scalable sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Ensure effective use of HubSpot CRM for reporting and accountability
  • Partner with Fulfillment, Creative, Marketing, Operations, and HR to ensure alignment

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience in consultative environments
  • 4–6+ years of sales leadership experience managing Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Proven success as a player-coach in a high-growth environment
  • Deep proficiency in HubSpot CRM
  • Demonstrated ability to build and optimize sales processes and training programs
  • Strong ability to close complex deals and operate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, or branded merchandise
  • Background in experiential sales, corporate events, or hospitality sales
  • Experience in high-growth or seasonal revenue environments
  • Interest in leveraging AI to improve team productivity
