Our proprietary technology is redefining wireless backhaul and terrestrial networks, enabling high-capacity, cost-effective communication systems for telecom, defence, and enterprise sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in wireless and terrestrial communication markets
  • Identify, target, and close strategic opportunities in telecom infrastructure, defence communications, smart cities, and enterprise networks
  • Build and lead a results-driven sales team focused on achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and system integrators
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product roadmaps
  • Establish and scale a channel ecosystem, including distributors and OEM partnerships
  • Drive accurate forecasting, sales KPIs, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and forums
  • Monitor market dynamics and provide regular feedback to leadership on competitive trends and customer needs

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership in wireless communications, telecom infrastructure, or related hi-tech sectors
  • Strong understanding of wireless backhaul, RF communications, 5G/4G infrastructure, and broadband network solutions
  • Proven track record of closing large deals and managing strategic accounts across government and enterprise segments
  • Global or regional experience with telecom operators, defence/public sector clients, and infrastructure OEMs
  • Experience working in entrepreneurial or startup environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
