Head of Sales, Asia Pacific

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization across APAC markets
• Drive revenue growth and expand the client base across Financial Services, B2B eCommerce, Gig Economy, and Digital Goods
• Manage regional P&L to maximize profitability and ROI
• Optimize sales strategies for domestic and cross-border payments and treasury management
• Partner with product and marketing teams to refine the value proposition
• Build strategic relationships with key partners and enterprises

Requirements

• Proven experience building, scaling, and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple markets
• Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales
• Ability to own and manage P&L to drive sustainable profitability
• Experience in new market penetration and strategic client acquisition
• Understanding of real-time payments, cash management, liquidity optimization, and FX solutions
• Deep APAC market knowledge with strong network in regional payment ecosystems
