About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales organization and own closed-won deal goals
- Manage a team of 8-10 AEs across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
- Drive forecast discipline and establish stage discipline and data hygiene standards
- Act as a player-coach in key Enterprise and Strategic pursuits
- Partner with Marketing on lead generation and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with Customer Success on expansion and land-and-expand strategies
- Refine KPIs and reporting rhythms for pipeline health and rep performance
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B technology sales across multiple segments
- 2+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams
- Experience with land-and-expand motions and NDR
- Strong forecasting discipline and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Experience in high-growth startups
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or payments
- Strong exposure to RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success
