About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales organization and own closed-won deal goals
  • Manage a team of 8-10 AEs across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
  • Drive forecast discipline and establish stage discipline and data hygiene standards
  • Act as a player-coach in key Enterprise and Strategic pursuits
  • Partner with Marketing on lead generation and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on expansion and land-and-expand strategies
  • Refine KPIs and reporting rhythms for pipeline health and rep performance

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B technology sales across multiple segments
  • 2+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams
  • Experience with land-and-expand motions and NDR
  • Strong forecasting discipline and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • Experience in high-growth startups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or payments
  • Strong exposure to RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success
