Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and originate commercial opportunities
- Define and run go-to-market strategies
- Build external relationships and connect with prospective customers and partners
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for engineering leads and key decision-makers
- Manage deals from first contact through signed contract
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales
- Experience in engineering-heavy markets with direct experience in pipeline generation and closing
- Established network in industries such as software, automotive, aerospace, robotics, or critical infrastructure
- Proven track record of building relationships and closing deals from the ground up
- Strong technical fluency and excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and create momentum from scratch
- Openness to learning and using AI tools and emerging technology
