Head of RPA - Alpha Data Services, MD

Responsibilities

• Develop and commercialize a service model for Risk Analytics and Market Data Operational Control within the Alpha Data Services division
• Manage the Alpha RPA proposition and oversee client engagements to ensure successful conversion to services
• Lead the operating and servicing models for Alpha integrations with product partners such as Axioma, Factset, MSCI, and Bloomberg
• Participate in the development of product technology integrations to ensure end-to-end success
• Collaborate with business development partners to articulate practice capabilities and support growth
• Lead the deployment of AI opportunities to benefit clients and servicing teams
• Set the quarterly and annual development agenda and budget in coordination with product leads

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in risk, analytics, performance, data management, or market data roles
• CFA qualification is required
• University degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related financial services technical field
• Extensive experience in Front, Middle, and Back Office services
• Deep expertise in Risk Performance and Attribution across various asset classes
• Proven success in Practice or Product management
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud platforms and Snowflake
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with C-suite clients and technical portfolio teams

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Axioma, MSCI, Factset, or Bloomberg Port
• Demonstrated success supporting fund, risk, or performance management for large-scale asset managers
• Experience with data domains including Security Reference Master, Positions, Transactions, Cash, and Analytics
