Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive Risk QA framework covering credit, fraud, operational, and compliance risks
• Conduct periodic reviews of underwriting decisions, portfolio monitoring, collections strategies, and fraud controls
• Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations such as OJK and Basel principles
• Develop QA dashboards and reporting for senior management and board-level committees
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams
• Build and lead a high-performing Risk QA team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, QA, or Compliance within financial services
• Strong exposure to credit risk, underwriting, fraud risk, or operational risk
• Experience in fintech or digital lending is highly preferred
• Knowledge of credit underwriting, risk scoring models, and portfolio analytics
• Familiarity with audit methodologies and control testing frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QA tools and data analytics platforms such as SQL, Python, or BI tools
