About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive annual revenue strategy and planning, including territory design and headcount allocation
  • Oversee global revenue operating cadence, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Optimize global CX and Channel strategy to drive GRR/NRR improvement
  • Align regional sales operations across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and JPN
  • Establish a unified revenue data model and cross-functional metrics
  • Lead high-impact transformation programs from conceptualization to delivery
  • Directly manage five Heads across Revenue Transformation, CX, and Regional Sales Strategy

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, or GTM leadership
  • 5+ years of experience managing senior teams
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs
  • Deep expertise in commercial operations and revenue systems/tooling
  • Ability to serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Strong bias for action and ability to manage distributed teams
  • Curiosity regarding AI tools and emerging technologies
