About the role
Responsibilities
- Define Asana's go-to-market strategy for the AMER region over a 1–3 year horizon
- Own AMER operational execution including forecasting, pipeline health, and QBRs
- Lead strategy and operations for Asana's global Velocity business (SDR, BDR, and SMB)
- Embed AI-native tooling and workflows into operating rhythms to improve productivity
- Translate annual strategy into detailed plans for territory design, headcount, and productivity targets
- Execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency cross-functionally
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or similar roles in software or high-growth environments
- Experience building and leading multi-layered teams
- Proven track record in both strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution
- Ability to work cross-functionally and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical fluency and communication skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tooling
