About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define Asana's go-to-market strategy for the AMER region over a 1–3 year horizon
  • Own AMER operational execution including forecasting, pipeline health, and QBRs
  • Lead strategy and operations for Asana's global Velocity business (SDR, BDR, and SMB)
  • Embed AI-native tooling and workflows into operating rhythms to improve productivity
  • Translate annual strategy into detailed plans for territory design, headcount, and productivity targets
  • Execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency cross-functionally
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or similar roles in software or high-growth environments
  • Experience building and leading multi-layered teams
  • Proven track record in both strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical fluency and communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tooling
