About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a global commercial operating system to support high gross spend
- Own the global source of truth for revenue data and maintain forecasting accuracy
- Define and track core growth KPIs including Net New Acquisition and Product Penetration
- Partner with the CMO to operationalize regional marketing strategies and drive ROI
- Optimize the GTM tech stack including CRM, Jira, and BI tools
- Document end-to-end customer lifecycles to eliminate friction
- Standardize campaign deployment protocols and tiered account planning
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy
- Proven track record of scaling global commercial engines
- Expert knowledge of Performance Marketing and attribution models
- Deep expertise in CRM architecture (HubSpot/Salesforce), Jira, and BI platforms (Tableau/Looker)
- Experience managing global P&Ls across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
- Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem (iOS/Android)
