About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a global commercial operating system to support high gross spend
  • Own the global source of truth for revenue data and maintain forecasting accuracy
  • Define and track core growth KPIs including Net New Acquisition and Product Penetration
  • Partner with the CMO to operationalize regional marketing strategies and drive ROI
  • Optimize the GTM tech stack including CRM, Jira, and BI tools
  • Document end-to-end customer lifecycles to eliminate friction
  • Standardize campaign deployment protocols and tiered account planning

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy
  • Proven track record of scaling global commercial engines
  • Expert knowledge of Performance Marketing and attribution models
  • Deep expertise in CRM architecture (HubSpot/Salesforce), Jira, and BI platforms (Tableau/Looker)
  • Experience managing global P&Ls across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
  • Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem (iOS/Android)
