Head of Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance optimization across acquisition and resale, focusing on middle- and bottom-of-funnel conversion.
• Identify and operationalize high-leverage performance drivers such as lead routing, contact cadence, and negotiation thresholds.
• Build and run a continuous experimentation program in partnership with Data Science to design, test, and ship winning hypotheses.
• Develop and deploy AI-native tools to automate lead routing, transcript analysis, coaching feedback, and decision support.
• Perform end-to-end quantitative analysis using SQL and statistical methods to diagnose performance variance.
• Lead and develop a small, high-leverage team of operators using AI and automation to scale impact.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Pricing, and Finance to drive change through evidence.

Requirements

• 10+ years in revenue operations, growth operations, sales operations, or analytically rigorous strategy roles.
• Expert-level, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for prototyping and building workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience performing independent statistical analysis and A/B testing.
• Proven track record of materially moving conversion, volume, and revenue in high-velocity environments.
• Experience leading and developing high-caliber teams.
• Ability to work onsite in our Miami, FL office.
