About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead key operations functions for GTM, Post Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Initiatives
- Design, develop, and optimize the GTM reporting suite for leadership decision-making
- Own executive operating cadences including forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, and QBRs
- Lead annual and in-year GTM planning, including capacity, territory, quota, and compensation planning
- Partner with Data and Systems leadership to establish priorities and governance
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Post Sales, and Finance organizations
- Automate and scale reporting assets using Agentic AI
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, or Business Reporting
- 5+ years of experience with CRM and BI Reporting tools
- Deep experience in SaaS forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS/Subscription-software metrics
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership through data
