Head of Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead key operations functions for GTM, Post Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Initiatives
• Design, develop, and optimize the GTM reporting suite for leadership decision-making
• Own executive operating cadences including forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, and QBRs
• Lead annual and in-year GTM planning, including capacity, territory, quota, and compensation planning
• Partner with Data and Systems leadership to establish priorities and governance
• Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Post Sales, and Finance organizations
• Automate and scale reporting assets using Agentic AI

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, or Business Reporting
• 5+ years of experience with CRM and BI Reporting tools
• Deep experience in SaaS forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning
• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS/Subscription-software metrics
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership through data
