Head of Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales process design and optimization to maximize pipeline velocity and conversion rates
• Partner with Sales Directors to manage sales territories, account assignments, and quota planning
• Design and maintain executive and sales dashboards for visibility into KPIs and funnel metrics
• Manage the sales forecasting process to improve accuracy and predictability
• Develop sales capacity models and headcount planning in collaboration with Finance
• Serve as the key owner of the HubSpot CRM platform and integrate new revenue technologies
• Support rollout and management of Distribution partnerships
• Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making through training and empowerment

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in relevant revenue operations roles
• High proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven arguments
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive organizational change
