About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Revenue Operations function from the ground up
  • Appoint and develop a team of capability leads across business analysis, UX/UI, and development
  • Own and run all commercial systems and tooling end to end, including the CRM
  • Lead the delivery of new commercial systems across sales, marketing, and customer experience
  • Maintain a single, governed source of truth for commercial data
  • Own commercial forecasting and analytics, including ARPU, churn, and CAC
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor commercial performance
  • Identify and scope automation opportunities across the commercial line
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure alignment between commercial and financial data

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 5 to 8 years of senior experience leading revenue, commercial, or sales operations
  • At least 3 years of direct ownership of a CRM or commercial systems platform
  • Experience in telecommunications, internet services, or high-volume subscription businesses preferred
  • Proven experience managing and implementing business systems from selection to deployment
  • Strong forecasting and analytical capability regarding core commercial metrics
  • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional commercial projects
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to influence across functions and communicate with executive audiences
