Responsibilities

• Own the commercial operating architecture across systems, processes, forecasting, reporting, planning, and compensation
• Build and improve the infrastructure that supports the full revenue journey from lead generation through customer expansion
• Rebuild and simplify fragmented systems, workflows, and reporting foundations
• Create a trusted source of truth across sales, marketing, finance, and analytics teams
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve execution and decision-making
• Develop and raise the standards of the Revenue Operations function while coaching existing operators
• Apply AI and automation pragmatically to eliminate manual work and increase operational leverage

Requirements

• 5–6 years of Revenue Operations experience
• 2+ years leading the function within a B2B SaaS organization
• Demonstrated success building and scaling operating foundations in fast-growing businesses
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Hands-on builder mindset capable of thriving in ambiguity
