Head of Revenue Operations & AI

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM strategy and execution, including territory design, target setting, and resource allocation across sales and success teams
• Define and evolve the AI vision and roadmap for the revenue organization to drive measurable business outcomes
• Lead a team of approximately 15 across GTM Engineering, Program Management, Enablement, and Analytics
• Evaluate, build, and validate AI solutions and automation tools to improve rep productivity and pipeline quality
• Drive enablement and adoption of new tools, processes, and AI workflows to ensure meaningful behavior change
• Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline diagnostics, and the data standards used for revenue reporting

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related fields
• Proven experience using AI tools and workflows to drive measurable improvements in productivity
• Extensive experience building and leading high-performing, multi-functional teams
• Strong analytical and operational skills with a focus on first-principle strategy
• Experience working within high-growth technology companies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hands-on role prototyping tools or designing complex workflows
• Deep understanding of sales levers and the ability to translate business strategy into operational priorities
