About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead all revenue functions for Martell Media, including offer strategy, pricing, forecasting, and the full MQL-to-close pipeline
  • Build and lead a high-performance revenue team consisting of setters, closers, and client success staff
  • Develop training programs, skill development frameworks, and coaching systems to improve conversion quality
  • Own all chat-based selling systems across chat, SMS, and email to improve conversion and reliability
  • Build and maintain conversion dashboards tracking speed-to-lead, win rates, and sales velocity
  • Optimize monetization pathways to increase new revenue, expansion revenue, and long-term customer value
  • Partner with the Head of Demand Generation and Creative Director to align messaging and funnels

Requirements

  • Senior revenue leader with deep experience in high-ticket monetization and offer strategy
  • Expertise in selling exclusively through digital channels including chat, SMS, and email
  • Mastery of asynchronous closing and digital sales psychology
  • High-level command of revenue metrics such as MQL-to-close rate, win rates, and sales velocity
  • Proven ability to lead setters, closers, and client success teams
  • Player-coach capability to refine scripts, diagnose funnels, and optimize sequences
  • Documented history of improving conversion and building scalable revenue systems
