Head of Revenue Management

Responsibilities

• Technical, disciplinary, and strategic management of inpatient billing, patient data management, and medical controlling
• Coordination and continuous optimization of all processes for billing, revenue assurance, coding quality, and documentation
• Active advice and support for medical departments regarding length of stay management and coding
• Management and coordination of the MD audit process, data carrier exchange, and receivables management
• Planning and further development of structures and processes in medical controlling and billing based on legal changes

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in medical controlling and revenue assurance
• Ideally a completed medical degree
• Leadership experience with appreciative management skills and strong communication
• Good understanding of KIS structures and knowledge of medical controlling software
