Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for aftermarket revenue across all product lines
- Define structure and support for the dealer channel
- Direct marketing investment across customer personas
- Ensure product positioning reflects market value
- Build systems to integrate sales, marketing, and product strategy
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial experience in a technical aftermarket or channel-driven business
- 5+ years in a role with direct revenue accountability
- Experience managing multi-tier dealer or distributor channels
- Track record of building commercial infrastructure like CRM and pipeline management
- Background in avionics, General Aviation, MRO, aerospace, or adjacent regulated hardware markets
- Familiarity with the GA dealer ecosystem (avionics shops, Cirrus service centers, FBOs)
- Experience with international market development (LATAM and Europe)
- Technical fluency such as a Private pilot certificate or A&P License
