Head of Retail Salon

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs for the Hong Kong Salon
• Develop and implement strategic action plans to drive boutique performance and client engagement
• Lead by example on the sales floor, acting as a brand ambassador and building relationships with HNWI clients
• Maintain ultra-luxury hospitality standards and manage customer flow for exceptional retail experiences
• Oversee inventory management, compliance, security, and store operations within budget
• Plan and execute marketing events, visual merchandising, and digital content to maximize boutique awareness
• Coach, train, and develop Client Advisor teams through regular feedback and performance reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in luxury retail and/or store management
• Proven experience managing direct reports in a retail, luxury, or hospitality environment
• High standards of client service and luxury hospitality
• Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve company goals
• Experience engaging, networking, and selling to HNWI and UHNWI clients
• General knowledge of luxury products and industry trends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel as needed
• MS Office and computer literacy
• Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
