Factor Eleven is the leading drive-to-store revenue platform for brick-and-mortar retailers and CPG brands. Our platform automates the entire lifecycle of digital promotion communication — from media planning and ad creation through to campaign delivery, billing, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the commercial growth agenda across existing retail setups, identifying growth levers and upsell opportunities
- Act as the main point of contact for retail, sell-out, and Commercial Framework topics
- Translate customer and commercial strategy into actionable retail measures, focusing on migrating offline activities to digital
- Build strong retailer relationships through proactive account development and regular customer visits
- Analyze KPIs, budgets, and performance trends to derive optimization recommendations
- Apply and communicate Commercial Framework methodologies, including test logic and uplift calculations
- Develop and implement controlling frameworks to steer performance and support decision-making
- Lead retail and performance discussions with clients and C-level stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Media Experts to ensure strategic alignment
- Support prioritization decisions based on commercial potential
- Mentor colleagues and support AI-driven ways of working
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in consulting with operational exposure, or 8–12 years in commercially focused retail or FMCG roles
- Strong experience in brick-and-mortar retail, including assortments, store structures, and POS logic
- Expertise in trade marketing, retail marketing, and commercial strategies
- Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes and revenue impact
- Highly analytical with experience in KPI tracking and controlling frameworks
- Confident stakeholder management skills for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset and structured thinking
- Fluency in German and English
