Requirements
- Proven experience in multi-site management
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance through analysis, action, and leadership
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities
- Excellent commercial acumen and decision-making skills
- Track record of strong cross-functional relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve effectively within business boundaries
