Head of Retail

Responsibilities

• Drive retail performance and execute Aesop's business plan within the designated market
• Lead a culture of high performance, productivity, and continuous team development
• Deliver brand goals and ambitions through strategic execution
• Drive customer experience excellence across all retail touchpoints
• Direct business and operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration
• Implement initiatives to meet or exceed commercial goals and targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-site management
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance through analysis, action, and leadership
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities
• Excellent commercial acumen and decision-making skills
• Track record of strong cross-functional relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem solve effectively within business boundaries
