About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of all restaurants, bars, and F&B departments
- Develop, guide, and support managers and employees
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high quality standards
- Drive revenue, profitability, productivity, and operational performance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, procurement, and cost control
- Monitor KPIs and translate insights into concrete actions
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations on growth and development
- Strengthen Fýri's food and beverage concept through new ideas and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in leadership within hospitality or F&B
- Ability to lead and develop teams of department managers
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and high service standards
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Proactive leadership style with a hands-on approach
