Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, and conducting interviews
• Build a strong employer brand to attract both obvious and covert talent
• Execute the development and automation of recruiting processes
• Improve onboarding in close collaboration with management

Requirements

• Work experience with outstanding performance
• UK work permit
• Curiosity and deep passion for working with and understanding people
• Desire to engage daily with people ranging from students to executives
• Natural ability to make people feel comfortable
