Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment including role profiling, sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews
• Build employer brand to attract obvious and covert talent pools
• Develop and automate recruiting processes
• Improve onboarding in close collaboration with management

Requirements

• Outstanding track record in previous work experience
• Valid UK work permit
• Genuine passion for understanding people
• Comfortable engaging with candidates ranging from students to executives
• Natural ability to make people feel comfortable
