Head of Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and execute an elite talent acquisition engine to scale the company from 1M to 10M+ monthly active users
• Partner closely with founders to design hiring pipelines and craft compelling employer branding
• Drive aggressive outbound sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and growth roles
• Identify pipeline bottlenecks, optimize interview processes, and execute autonomously to fill critical gaps
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial outreach to final closing and retention

Requirements

• Elite sourcing and assessment expertise with the ability to identify top 1% talent
• Mastery of candidate psychology and the ability to structure offers and handle objections flawlessly
• Proven experience building high-performing teams in high-intensity startup environments
• Strong ability to speak the language of engineers to assess technical vision and talent
• Extreme grit, hustle, and a high degree of ownership and autonomy
