About the role

About the Company

Cardless is building a credit card and loyalty platform that consumer businesses use to engage their customers. We've launched over a dozen credit card programs, including for Coinbase, Bilt, and Qatar Airways, helping businesses embed credit card features natively into their products.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions, with a near-term focus on engineering, operations, and GTM
  • Build the recruiting function including hiring plans, processes, tooling, employer brand, and candidate experience
  • Build and lead a lean recruiting team that scales with hiring demand
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate on candidates, and close offers
  • Act as a hands-on closer to secure top talent in a competitive market
  • Maintain a fast pace to meet aggressive hiring goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience at tech companies
  • Significant experience recruiting for engineering roles
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a recruiting function
  • Hands-on approach to sourcing and closing candidates
  • High bar for talent and ability to identify top-tier candidates
  • Highly organized and capable of running multiple parallel searches
  • Based in San Francisco and able to work in-office 5 days a week
