Responsibilities

• Support office searches, lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and headcount planning across all markets
• Manage new office buildouts and launches, coordinating brokers, architects, contractors, and IT
• Run day-to-day office operations including maintenance, supplies, and employee experience
• Create high-quality workplace environments that support productivity and company culture
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for cleaning, security, pantry, and maintenance
• Partner with founders, People, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure workplace alignment with company growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate operations, workplace, facilities, or hospitality
• Experience managing multiple offices or distributed workplace operations
• Proven execution skills in office launches, moves, or buildouts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment
• Strong vendor, budget, and project management skills
• High attention to detail and strong service instincts
• Ability to work across time zones to support a global team
